Subject: TRAINING SESSION WITH CITY COUNCIL, PLANNING COMMISSION AND BICKLEY FOSTER-CONSULTANT
Mayor Stimatze has requested that the St. John Planning Commission and the St. John City Council have a zoning training session with Bickley Foster. It will be held Thursday, August 19th, 2010 at the American State Bank hospitality room.
A light meal will be available at 5:30 followed by the training from 6:00 – 9:00. A question and answer session will follow the training session. The public is welcome to attend and are asked to hold questions until the Q & A session following the training.
The purpose of the training is to gain further understanding of zoning and zoning procedures and the role of the council and planning commission members.
Please RSVP by August 17th so that I can plan accordingly.
